Terms of Service

1. The service

EvosLabs is an AI developer for Minecraft servers. You describe what you want in plain English and the service generates, edits and validates Skript files inside a project workspace, which you can export as a zip. The service is a writing and validation tool — it does not connect to, deploy to or control your Minecraft server.

Parts of the service are labelled beta or coming soon. Beta features may change, break or be withdrawn, and we may set limits on usage to keep the service stable.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the studio. Keep your sign-in method secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or create extra accounts to get around plan limits or the free tier.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to build scripts that harm players, servers or other software;
• attempt to bypass validation, rate limits, plan quotas or access controls;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or provide the service to third parties as your own;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with the service or other users, including by automated bulk requests or denial-of-service behaviour.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove content that does. Where practical, we will tell you why.

4. Your content and generated scripts

You keep ownership of the prompts, files and other material you put into the service. You also own the Skript code the agent generates for you, and you can export it at any time. We do not claim ownership of your project.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the service — for example, sending a prompt and the relevant project files to the model that writes the code. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies we must keep for legal or security reasons.

AI output is not exclusive: similar requests may produce similar code for other users. Nothing in these terms transfers anyone else's rights to you.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

The service has a free tier and paid plans. Current plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing section of this site. Quotas are metered in AI requests and reset monthly; when a quota is exhausted, requests stop until the next reset or an upgrade.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. The site currently offers beta access by email. When billing opens:

• payments will be processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes;
• subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the period you paid for;
• prices are in US dollars; any taxes are calculated at checkout;
• top-up requests are available on paid plans and do not expire while your subscription stays active;
• if you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update plan limits with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you a chance to export your projects.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties for sign-in, hosting, payments and model inference. Their availability and terms affect the service. Your use of a third-party sign-in provider is also governed by that provider's terms.

EvosLabs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, Spigot, Paper, Purpur or the Skript project. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. You are responsible for making sure what you build and run complies with the Minecraft EULA and your server's rules.

8. Disclaimers

AI-generated code can be wrong. We validate scripts before they reach your project, but validation is not a guarantee that a script is fit for your server, free of edge cases or safe under every plugin combination. Test on a development server before shipping to players.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or US$50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Infranext's registered office, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different right.
